The Horse Riding Posture

The horse riding posture uses all the posture muscles as well as all the moving muscles. The core is the chiefmuscle.These muscles must be in balance for a horseback rider to ride well. These muscles must be in balance for a adult to function well. It is important to look at a horseback rider as a person before fixing any riding problems. Good posture both on the ground and on the horse starts with a good alignment. The horse ridingposition must be trained specific for riding. The posture is a specific position. Applied Posture riding is a education programthat can do this. This program targets the core and specializes in training this muscle for horse riders.
