The dressage riding posture is easy to achieve with knowledge and education. Training it is easy. It is much more involved than the average horseback rider actually thinks. This is why so many horsebackriders have problems succeeding with their long term dreams with their riding.Nearly all ball sports and certainly all racket sports are one sided. These sports suit many people because we as humans are naturally either left or right handed, that is one sided. The very good athletes train both sides and their posture to have the advantage on the court or field.
