Horseback Rider Biomechanics

All riders need to train themselves forhorse riding.This is now know as rider biomechanics.The Core muscle is one of the main targets to educate.Applied Posture Riding is a program specifically designed for Horseback Riders. Applied Posture Riding trains the rider. In a nutshell it is a program to teach the horse rider for riding by training the horse riding muscles and posture. Every Horserider has a weakness or tightness that affects their riding, nearly every Horse rider suffers low back pain, as well, due to the loading on the low back just caring for horses.
