San Pedro could be the only town on Ambergris Caye. It is also probably the most populated. Its seasonal numbers can shift from about 7,000 to approximately 20,000 people during peak holiday seasons. The residents in the island features a very laidback lifestyle, most related to the fact that the most beautiful beaches of Belize are just a few feet away and the palm strewn landscape overlooking someplace sunny and warm is certainly a relaxing sight.
